ANDO（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報について説明します。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報を収集せず、アカウント登録も必要ありません。解析ツール（アナリティクス）、広告SDK、トラッキング技術は使用していません。

ANDO COLLECTIVE機能を利用する場合、コレクションを保存するために次の情報を収集します。

• 本アプリが端末内で生成する匿名のインストールID
• スキャンまたはオーナー登録したNFCタグのハードウェアUID
• 割り当てられたキャラクターIDと取得・登録日時

これらの情報は氏名、メールアドレス、Apple Accountなどには関連付けません。

2. 利用目的

収集した情報は、NFCタグへのキャラクター割り当て、コレクションの保存・表示、およびオーナー登録のためにのみ使用します。広告、ユーザー追跡、第三者向けの分析には使用しません。

3. NFCデータの取り扱い

NFCタグに保存されたテキスト、URL、その他のNDEF内容は端末内でのみ処理され、当社のサーバーへ送信・保存されません。ANDO COLLECTIVEでタグをスキャンまたは登録した場合に限り、タグ固有のハードウェアUIDを送信します。

4. 保存・第三者提供

収集した情報は、ANDO COLLECTIVEの提供に必要な期間、当社が利用するCloudflareのインフラストラクチャ上に保存されます。情報を販売したり、広告目的で第三者に提供したりすることはありません。削除をご希望の場合は、下記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

5. 権限について

本アプリは機能提供のため、NFC（タグの読み書き）の権限を使用します。これらは当該機能の実行中にのみ使用され、個人を特定する目的では利用しません。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、年齢を問わず、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報の入力を求めません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。変更があった場合は本ページに掲載します。

ANDO ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect names, email addresses, or location data, and no account is required. We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

When you use ANDO COLLECTIVE, we collect the following information to save your collection:

• An anonymous installation identifier generated by the App
• The hardware UID of NFC tags you scan or register as your own
• Assigned character identifiers and acquisition or registration timestamps

We do not associate this information with your name, email address, Apple Account, or other directly identifying information.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information only to assign characters to NFC tags, save and display collections, and register a user's own ANDO. We do not use it for advertising, user tracking, or third-party analytics.

3. How NFC Data Is Handled

Text, URLs, and other NDEF content stored on NFC tags are processed solely on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Only the tag's hardware UID is transmitted when you scan or register a tag in ANDO COLLECTIVE.

4. Storage and Sharing

We retain collected information on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare for as long as needed to provide ANDO COLLECTIVE. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for advertising. To request deletion, contact us at the email address below.

5. Permissions

The App uses the NFC permission to read and write tags. It is used only while performing that function and never to identify you personally.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not ask users of any age to provide a name, email address, or location.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
