ANDO（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報について説明します。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレスを収集せず、アカウント登録も必要ありません。解析ツール（アナリティクス）、広告SDK、トラッキング技術は使用していません。
ANDO COLLECTIVE機能を利用する場合、コレクションを保存するために、本アプリが端末内で生成する匿名のインストールID、スキャンまたはオーナー登録したNFCタグのハードウェアUID、割り当てられたキャラクターIDと取得・登録日時を収集します。これらの情報は氏名、メールアドレス、Apple Accountなどには関連付けません。
ユーザーが「市区町村も記録する」を選んだ場合に限り、NFC受け取り時に現在地を取得します。座標を端末内で小数第2位に丸め、OS提供の地名変換サービスで都道府県・市区町村名に変換します。当社サーバーには地名のみを保存し、座標は送信・保存しません。位置情報を許可しなくても収集でき、過去の収集場所は後から推定しません。
収集した情報は、NFCタグへのキャラクター割り当て、コレクションの保存・表示、およびオーナー登録のためにのみ使用します。都道府県・市区町村名は、収集場所の表示にのみ使用します。NFCタグに保存されたテキスト、URL、その他のNDEF内容は端末内でのみ処理され、当社のサーバーへ送信・保存されません。
収集した情報は、当社が利用するCloudflareのインフラストラクチャ上に保存されます。情報を販売したり、広告・追跡目的で第三者に提供したりすることはありません。削除をご希望の場合は、下記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。
本アプリは機能提供のため、NFC（タグの読み書き）の権限を使用します。場所の記録を選んだ場合のみ、アプリ使用中の位置情報へのアクセスを求めます。バックグラウンドで位置情報を取得しません。
本アプリは、年齢を問わず、氏名・メールアドレスの入力を求めません。位置情報の記録は任意です。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。変更があった場合は本ページに掲載します。

ANDO ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.
The App does not collect names or email addresses, and no account is required. We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies. When you use ANDO COLLECTIVE, we collect an anonymous installation identifier generated by the App, the hardware UID of NFC tags you scan or register, assigned character identifiers, and acquisition or registration timestamps. We do not associate this information with your name, email address, Apple Account, or other directly identifying information.
Only if you choose to save a municipality, the App obtains your location when you receive an NFC tag. Coordinates are rounded to two decimal places on your device and converted to a prefecture and municipality name using the operating system's geocoding service. Only the place name is saved on our server; coordinates are not sent to or stored on our server. Collection works without location permission, and past collection places are not inferred.
We use collected information only to assign characters to NFC tags, save and display collections, and register a user's own ANDO. The prefecture and municipality name is used only to display the collection place. Text, URLs, and other NDEF content stored on NFC tags are processed solely on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Collected information is stored on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising or tracking. To request deletion, contact us at the email address below.
The App uses the NFC permission to read and write tags. It requests location access while the App is in use only if you choose to save a place. It does not collect location in the background.
The App does not ask users of any age to provide a name or email address. Saving a place is optional.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
